What customers say?

“ This place is second to none in Maidstone and well worth a visit! The food is incredible and the service matches it. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely stunning!!! I got the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous helping of Parmesan fries and an Italian salad! The only negative I could offer is that I ordered a peppercorn sauce which was bland and watery but I didn’t feel like the dish missed the sauce, I finished every last mouthful and felt great for it! Definitely recommend ”

“ I came with 2 friends for a birthday lunch. We chose the Mid-week Celebration which we think is good value. The decor was interesting and the atmosphere was lovely. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful - so much so we took home ‘doggy bags(tubs)! The home- ade Pistachio ice cream was amazing. All in all we enjoyed a lovely lunch and would definitely recommend Fifi’s ”

“ For Father’s Day we came here for Sunday roast and we were really impressed. The service was incredible. We met the chef Chris who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. This made my partners first fathers day a day to remember. Chris's friendly face was welcomed each time he came to make sure the food was okay. We enjoyed it so much we came back for lunch the next day as my partner wanted to try the pasta and again, fantastic service. Chef Chris, Chris (skinny Chriiiisss) I believe hes known as and Lee. Thank you so much! ”

“ My partner and I went for Sunday lunch on 15/02. I didn't realize when I booked that they also served Sunday roasts. We had a table reserved in the orangery, as the main restaurant was fully booked, but this was also nice and was nice and warm too on a cold day outside. I ordered the slow cooked short rib beef ragu, with freshly made pappadelle pasta and my girlfriend the roast chicken Sunday lunch. To say both meals were amazing would be doing them and injustice. The beef with pasta was incredible, so much flavour, cooked to perfection and huge portion size.... incredible. The roast chicken was equally impressive, with there being half a large chicken, a giant yorkshire pudding, 6 large roast potatoes and a gravy that was so rich in depth and flavour....that's besides the 5 pots of sides, that included broccoli and green beans, roasted carrots, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese and mashed potatoes... I had a pint of lager, my girlfriend a coke and we had 2 lemoncello's to finish off. It came to just over 50 quid including service charge....they even gave us 2 more lemoncello's on the house. If you've not been, you should. There's a sign as you walk in saying 'Best roast in Kent'....bold statement, but hard to disagree, we'll be heading back asap. Loved it ”

“ Would be 5 stars IF the Rum Baba tasted of rum - unfortunately it was syrup-y, like a Gulab Jamun.. I think you can be more generous with the rum ;) ha! Everything else for lunch, was SPOT ON. The truffle in the sandwich, with the mushrooms was incredible, generous truffle flavouring. Salad was great and fresh also. Service by the manager, friendly, and waited on hand and foot. Thank you for checking on us without being OTT. Kitchen served mains and puddings very quickly. Atmosphere in the open conservatory was lovely. Great to catch the end of the summer, was peaceful and the music was entertaining too. ”

“ Food was almost perfect ! Starters was amazing BIG portion!! My main was delicious but sadly my husband steak was a let down. He can tell when he cut it, it’s feels rough.. and yes when he ate it, it’s just confirm it. The waitress asked how’s the food, and we told him. He come back with complimentary tiramisu, and also took £5 off from the steak. ”

“ Superb place to eat, we loved it here as our friends are regulars and have told us how good it is so decided to go and wow I’m glad we did! All the staff are so nice and the food/drinks are served very fast. There’s plenty of room and tables for small or big party’s here, and quick to be seated too. I love the funky decor here, I couldn’t get enough of looking round at all the bits on the walls and just how much thought has been put into building this place. Foods very well priced and so are the drinks too. ”
